Elder's Initiatives

Mission Statement

The Elder's Initiatives program will assist in the development of the program services and giving proper direction and wisdom to the duties of the workers to communicate in delivery of the services. 

Terms of Reference

  • To assist in individual counselling

  • Assist in case conferences when required.

  • Provide spiritual direction to the program and clients

  • conduct family sessions

  • Support in intervention situation when required

  • Support in crisis situations

  • Act as a guiding principle and provide direction to the program staff personnel

  • Provide and be able to give honest advise to Mental Health staff personnel

  • Identify and be able to give proper direction to family dysfunctions

  • Ability to communicate professionally to the program and it's clients.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality
